• Commercial Authorization: You maintain 100% ownership and full commercial rights over synthesized audio MP3 files generated from your original scripts.
• Monetization Permitted: You may monetize audio files on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, radio, commercial advertising, and SaaS software products.
• Platform Branding: The TextToSpeechH AI brand name, logo, UI design system, and underlying software code are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use TextToSpeechH AI solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from submitting text or generating audio content that:

• Impersonates living individuals, public figures, or government officials for deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory purposes (Deceptive Deepfakes).
• Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, discrimination, or illegal acts against individuals or protected groups.
• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties without proper license authorization.
• Attempts to overload, probe, scan, brute-force, or disrupt our serverless infrastructure via automated bots or denial-of-service (DDoS) vectors.

3. DMCA Copyright Takedown Procedure

TextToSpeechH AI respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed on our platform, submit a formal DMCA notice to hello@texttospeechh.com containing the copyrighted work identification, infringing URL, and your signature.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TextToSpeechH AI, its operators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our speech synthesis platform or output audio files.
